Inquiries, demos and quotations

FBR-related software and implementation support are provided according to the information and access supplied by the client and the technical or regulatory requirements available at the time. Regulatory rules, portals, APIs and validation requirements may change. Clients remain responsible for their own tax, legal and regulatory compliance and should consult qualified professionals where necessary.

Intellectual property

Ownership and usage rights for custom work, licensed software, themes, plugins, code, designs, content and third-party components are governed by the applicable project agreement and the licenses of any third-party materials used.

Confidentiality and data

Each party should use reasonable care with confidential business information and credentials. Data handling is also subject to our Privacy Policy and any project-specific arrangements.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NexZion Solutions is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss, business interruption or issues caused by misuse, unauthorized access, third-party services, regulatory changes or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Suspension or termination

Access to services or support may be suspended where payments are overdue, systems are misused, security is threatened, unlawful activity is suspected or agreed responsibilities are not fulfilled. Project-specific termination terms remain governed by the applicable agreement.
